지금 저희가 확인해보니 11월 1일 엑심베이로 결재하신 사항 취소를 완료한 상태입니다.
저희가 취소요청을 엑심베이측에 전달한 상태로 저희쪽에서 진행할 수 있는 사항은 마무리가 된 상황이며
엑심베이쪽에서 취소가 완료되지 않은 상황으로 확인됩니다.
저희가 개인정보 확인이 어려워 추가적인 조회가 어렵습니다.
죄송하지만 결재하신 곳에 문의하셔서 추가적인 확인을 하셔야할 거 같습니다.
확인 후 저희쪽에서 추가적으로 진행을 해야하거다, 도움이 필요한 사항 있으시면 적극적으로 협조해드리겠습니다.
