불편드린점 정말 죄송합니다.
저희가 발송전에 해외배송제품의 경우 더 신경써서 마무리 작업해서 보내드리는대요
발송전 에센스를 뿌려서 마지막 정리를 해서 보내드리고 있습니다.
에센스가 도포 된상태에서 말라서 그럴 수 있으니 지금 상황이 뻣뻣하다고 느끼시면
세척후에 사용하시는것을 추천해드립니다.
동일한 다른 제품 확인결과 머릿결에는 큰 문제가 없는것으로 판단됩니다.
